The same jury that found Eric Frein guilty of all counts in a sniper shooting that killed one state trooper and severely injured another will now decide if he lives or dies as the penalty phase of the trial begins today.

In other news, the suspect in a January homicide in Nanticoke was arrested in Wilkes-Barre Wednesday and police say the 17-year-old driver in a Hanover Township that killed a Wyoming Valley West junior over the weekend did not have a valid license.
