Pennsylvania hunters should mail applications to the county treasurer of their choice on July 7 To have the best chance of getting an antlerless deer license for where they want to hunt,
Applications must be mailed in the pick envelope that hunters received when they bought their general hunting license.
Treasurers will start issuing antlerless licenses on a first-come, first-served basis on July 10.
Anterless permits cost $6.90 for residents.
Hunters from out of state pay $26.90 and can apply on July 17.
